Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) — Dentist Tree of Fairfield, Cypress, TX
About us:
Dentist Tree of Fairfield is a modern dental practice in Cypress, TX, dedicated to comfortable, high-quality care for our patients. We're looking for a friendly Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team full-time.
What you'll do:
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures (four-handed dentistry) - restorations, crowns, cosmetics, extractions, implants, root canals, laser therapy, dentures.
- Take digital dental X-rays.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain equipment.
- Scan impressions, pack cord, and fabricate temporary crowns.
- Perform blood draws for platelet rich fibrin (PRF) treatments.
- Operate 3D printer to fabricate occlusal guards, whitening trays, removable partials, , inlays/onlays, and surgical guides.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Keep accurate patient records.
What we're looking for:
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas (required).
- X-ray certification (required).
- 1–2 years of experience preferred, but strong new grads are welcome.
- Warm chairside manner and great communication skills.
- Willingness to learn as additional training will be provided.
- Dependable, punctual, and a true team player.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 34.0 – 40.0 per week.
