Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) — Dentist Tree of Fairfield, Cypress, TX

About us:

Dentist Tree of Fairfield is a modern dental practice in Cypress, TX, dedicated to comfortable, high-quality care for our patients. We're looking for a friendly Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team full-time.

What you'll do:

Assist the dentist chairside during procedures (four-handed dentistry) - restorations, crowns, cosmetics, extractions, implants, root canals, laser therapy, dentures.
Take digital dental X-rays.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain equipment.
Scan impressions, pack cord, and fabricate temporary crowns.
Perform blood draws for platelet rich fibrin (PRF) treatments.
Operate 3D printer to fabricate occlusal guards, whitening trays, removable partials, , inlays/onlays, and surgical guides.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Keep accurate patient records.

What we're looking for:

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas (required).
X-ray certification (required).
1–2 years of experience preferred, but strong new grads are welcome.
Warm chairside manner and great communication skills.
Willingness to learn as additional training will be provided.
Dependable, punctual, and a true team player.
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 34.0 – 40.0 per week.
